Yes — design each window in the configurator and add it to your basket. You can name each one (e.g. ‘Living room bay’) to keep things organised.

The price in the designer is your full made-to-measure price for that window. There are no survey fees or surprise costs — what you see is what you pay.

Completely free, with free delivery and no obligation. Choose up to six material and colour samples and we’ll dispatch them within 24 hours.

Order before 2pm on a weekday and your samples are dispatched the same day, arriving in 2–3 working days.

For most windows, yes. Shutters arrive pre-assembled with all fixings and a step-by-step guide and video. Most single windows take under an hour with a drill and screwdriver.

That’s completely normal — our measuring guide accounts for it, and we build to suit. Our team also reviews your figures before production.

We’re a supply-only service, which is how we keep prices low. If you’d prefer professional fitting, we’re happy to suggest what to look for in a local fitter.

Because every shutter is made to measure, current lead times are 12–16 weeks. We keep you updated at every stage, and free samples arrive in days so you can plan straight away.

Delivery is free on all orders across mainland UK, including samples.

A quick wipe with a soft, dry (or slightly damp) cloth is all it takes. PVC can handle a little more moisture, making it ideal for bathrooms and kitchens.
