Delivery, returns, privacy and terms — in plain language.
Last updated: 23 June 2026.
All shutters are made-to-measure and manufactured to order. Our standard lead time is around 12 weeks, though this may fluctuate due to production and shipping schedules. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
All deliveries are free across the UK mainland — there are no hidden charges. We do not currently deliver to Europe, Northern Ireland, or other international locations.
Shutters are shipped in protective layering to a ground-floor location. Larger orders may arrive in separate consignments. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
If you need your order sooner, you can request an air-freight quote by emailing us after placing your order. Faster delivery is available at additional cost.
All shutters are custom-made to your measurements and specifications. By law, they are exempt from the usual 14-day “cooling-off” cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may cancel only if:
If the outer packaging shows damage, please open the boxes promptly and inspect the contents. Report any damage to us within 24 hours of delivery by email at info@shutters365.co.uk, including photographs and your order number. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
All shutters include a 5-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering structural defects, warping, and significant paint or stain discolouration. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We do not sell your information. If data is processed outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
We keep data only as long as necessary: orders and financial records to meet legal requirements, support records as needed to manage customer relationships, and marketing consents until you withdraw consent. Data is securely deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

These terms govern the supply of made-to-measure shutters and related goods by Shutters365 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16654353), registered office Unit 82a James Carter Road, Bury St. Edmunds, IP28 7DE (correspondence only — not a showroom or returns address). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. You can contact us by email at info@shutters365.co.uk.
All shutters are made-to-measure. Images and samples are illustrative only; colours and finishes may vary slightly due to natural materials, lighting, and screen settings. Our products are handmade and subject to manufacturing tolerances in line with supplier standards (width tolerances of ±1mm to ±3mm depending on panel quantity, and height tolerances typically ±1.5mm). Wood shutters (Paulownia and Basswood) are for indoor, non-humid environments, while PVC shutters are suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas exposed to moisture. We recommend ordering samples before purchase if exact colour or finish matching is required.
If you wish to change your order, please email us immediately. If production has not started, we will confirm whether changes are possible and notify you of any impact on price or delivery. Once production starts, no changes can be made.
Delivery charges are shown on our website and confirmed at checkout. Our standard lead time is 12 weeks, though this may vary due to shipping, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control. You are responsible for being available to accept delivery; missed deliveries may incur re-delivery charges. Risk passes to you once goods are delivered, and ownership passes once payment has been received in full.
All shutters include a 5-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering structural defects, warping, and significant paint or stain discolouration. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect installation by you or third parties, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations. If goods arrive faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect measurements supplied by you, nor for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost income). We supply goods for domestic use only. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
These terms are governed by English law, and you may bring legal proceedings in the English courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
