Delivery Information

All shutters are made-to-measure and manufactured to order.
Our standard lead time is around 12 weeks, though this may vary depending on production and shipping schedules.

✔️ All deliveries are free across the UK mainland — there are no hidden charges.
❌ We do not currently deliver to Europe, Northern Ireland, or other international locations.

Delivery & Packaging
Your shutters will be securely packaged in multiple protective layers to ensure safe arrival. Deliveries are made to the ground floor only, and some larger orders may arrive in separate consignments. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information.

If Your Packaging Arrives Damaged
If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, don’t worry — your shutters are well protected inside. However, we strongly recommend opening and checking all boxes as soon as possible after delivery.
If you discover any issues, please email us straight away with photos of the packaging and the affected items, along with your order number. Our team will arrange a prompt resolution, including replacements if required.

Faster Shipping Option
Orders can be shipped by air freight to reduce delivery time. If you’d like a quote for this service, please email us after placing your order and we’ll provide a tailored cost estimate.
