Use our step-by-step measuring guides for accuracy. Measure width and height in three places, take the smallest size, and follow the guide for inside recess, outside recess, or bay/bow windows. If you’re unsure, send us your measurements and photos and our team will check them for free before production.

All shutters are made to measure and typically delivered in around 12 weeks. Delivery is free to all UK mainland addresses. Need them sooner? We can sometimes arrange air freight at an additional cost — email us for a quote after placing your order.
Don’t worry — our shutters are packaged securely in multiple protective layers. Please check your order on arrival and notify us with photos if anything is damaged. We’ll resolve it quickly with replacements.
Mid rails are required for taller panels:
1 mid rail for heights over 1500mm
2 mid rails for heights over 2500mm
They add strength and allow independent control of slats. We recommend lining them up with natural window features.
